Happy Rooms is a family-friendly colourful walk-through experience. Visitors will walk through 12 rooms created by artists, themed around colour, play and happiness. The experience features colourful interactive installations, captivating stimulating spaces, projections and playful activities.

You are welcome to stay as long as you like. We anticipate the experience should last approx 60-90mins. The venue will close at 5pm each day (last entry at 3.30pm).

Happy Rooms is open 9.30am-5pm each day – from 27th July – 30th August.

(Timed entry every 15 mins, last entry 3.30pm)

Please note Happy Rooms will be closed on the following dates: 3rd, 10th, 15th, 17th & 24th August.

We have a Happy Tuck shop onsite for snacks. 

Hot and cold drinks will be available to buy at the ground floor bar.

You should arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your slot. 

If you are running late, you will still be able to enter if you arrive within 30mins of your booking time. If not you can change the date and time of your booking (subject to availability). Just click on manage booking on your ticket confirmation email.

Yes tickets are available in advance via the website.

Tickets will be available to buy online on the day if we have capacity.

Tickets must be bought online via the website, we can’t accept payment on the door.

Tickets are:

Peak times: £8.50 per adult and £6.50 per child (aged 2-16years)

Off peak times: £6.50 per adult and £4.50 per child (aged 2-16 years)

Children aged 2 & under go free – please just add a free 2 & under ticket when booking.

Tickets are non-refundable, so please ensure you choose the correct ticket type before booking.

If you are not able to attend we are happy to rearrange your booking for any date/time as long as we have capacity.

You will receive an email from Ticket Tailor upon purchase containing a PDF of your tickets, you can either bring these on your phone or print off your tickets at home.

We are pleased to offer an additional complimentary ticket for a Personal Assistant or essential companion supporting a disabled person who would be unable to attend the event independently. Each disabled ticket holder is eligible for one free companion ticket. All tickets must be booked in advance.

You can add a free Companion ticket when booking online. You will then need to provide one of the accepted forms of evidence to show the box office staff when you attend Happy Rooms. 

Qualifying documentation
• A letter confirming receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• A letter confirming receipt of Attendance Allowance
• A letter confirming receipt of Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
• CredAbility Access Card (with +1 symbol)
• Doctor’s note (valid for 6 months)

All essential companions must be aged 16 or over. Only one essential companion ticket is available per disabled customer.

If a customer does not have access to any of the required evidence above but feels that they require an essential companion ticket to be able to attend the event, they can approach us by email hello@stellarcreates.co.uk to discuss their individual needs.

Yes Happy Rooms is wheelchair accessible. Activity will take place on the ground floor with step free access. Additional activity will take place on the 1st floor with access via a lift.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS:  We have accessible toilets on the ground and 1st  floor. If you need any assistance during your visit, please ask our friendly event staff  who will be more than happy to help.

SEATING:  For attendees who need to sit regularly, seating will be available around the venue, please ask a member of staff if you need additional seating.

We welcome assistance dogs into the venue. We ask all dog owners to keep their dog on a lead at all times.

Assistance dogs are legally allowed to assist under the Equality Act. The Equality and Human Rights Commission states an expectation that Assistance Dogs will:

• Be highly trained
• Not wander freely around the premises
• Most are instantly recognisable by the harness or identifying dog jacket that wear they wear

Yes a quiet space will be available at Happy Rooms. It is a relaxed space with lower light levels and comfy beanbag seating.
