Residents of Oldham are invited to help create a Happy Playlist for a special silent disco, set to take place beneath a giant mirrorball as part of Illuminate Oldham. The mirrorball will be in Library Square on Saturday 21 February 2026, 6pm – 9pm.
We are inviting the local community to become virtual DJs by nominating songs that bring them joy. The chosen tracks will form the playlist for the pop-up silent disco, where Illuminate visitors can take a pair of headphones and enjoy the uplifting community-created playlist under the glow of the spectacular mirrorball.
